What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead pastry operations with a focus on consistency, creativity, and presentation
Curate seasonal dessert menus in line with fine-dining expectations
Maintain cost controls and stock management
Train junior chefs and ensure hygiene compliance at all times
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on gourmet plating standards
Required Experience:
5+ years in pastry roles within fine-dining or luxury lodge environments
Formal culinary qualifications required
Strong understanding of allergens, dietary restrictions, and plating artistry
