Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance.

Oversee stock control, purchasing, and inventory management.
Implement and maintain operational procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:
