Your Role
As Lead Line Cook, you’ll supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and plate menu items with speed and accuracy
Lead and train line cooks to meet Kafenio standards
Maintain prep lists, organization, and sanitation
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering as needed
Ensure food safety and health code compliance
Foster a respectful, team-driven environment
What You Bring
Experience as a Lead Line Cook, Kitchen Supervisor, or similar role in a casual restaurant
Breakfast cook background preferred
Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable, organized, and motivated
