Your Role

As an Aviation Chef, you’ll prepare, assemble, and package gourmet meals following standardized recipes and custom client requests. You’ll ensure order accuracy, food quality, and timely fulfillment for luxury private jet catering operations.

Perfect for a Culinary Chef, Catering Chef, or Executive Sous Chef looking to apply their skills in a high-end flight catering kitchen where organization and excellence matter.

Schedule

• Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8 PM–4 AM
• Weekend & holiday availability as needed

What You Bring

• 3+ years of culinary experience (aviation or catering preferred)
• Culinary degree a plus (not required)
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Food safety knowledge (cert preferred)
• Ordering, receiving, and inventory management experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
