    • Produce clear and accurate drawings that are ready for construction, including specifications for materials and dimensions.
  2. Design Collaboration
    • Work closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers to understand the design intent and ensure the drawings align with the overall project goals.
    • Assist in revising designs and updating drawings based on feedback from project managers, stakeholders, or changes in regulations.
    • Provide support in transforming conceptual designs into practical and buildable drawings.
  3. Preparation of Construction Documents

    • Ensure that all necessary details (e.g., material specifications, structural elements, building codes) are included in the documentation.
    • Assist in the preparation of schedules, cost estimates, and material take-offs.
  4. Coordination with Consultants and Contractors
    • Coordinate with external consultants (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical) to integrate their designs into the architectural drawings.
    • Provide clarifications and modifications to contractors and construction teams as needed during the construction phase.
    • Review and respond to requests for information (RFIs) related to construction drawings.
  5. Site Visits and Surveys
    • Conduct site visits to measure and record dimensions of existing buildings for renovations or as-built documentation.
    • Assist in assessing site conditions to ensure accuracy in the drawings and identify any potential challenges or changes required for construction.
    • Update drawings based on any modifications or changes made during construction or on-site inspections.
  6. Quality Control and Accuracy
    • Review completed drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with building codes and design specifications.
    • Ensure that all drawing documentation is consistent with the approved plans and project requirements.
    • Check for discrepancies in dimensions, scale, and other technical aspects of the drawings.
  7. Collaboration with the Design Team
    • Work closely with the hotel’s design team, including architects, interior designers, and project managers, to ensure the successful implementation of the design.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentation drawings and visualizations to communicate design ideas to clients or hotel management.
    • Support the design process by offering suggestions based on technical feasibility and experience.
  8. Document Management
    • Maintain organized records of drawings and related documents, including revisions and approvals.
    • Ensure that all documents are updated and distributed to the appropriate teams (construction, design, management) in a timely manner.
    • Archive completed projects for future reference and reuse.
