What you’ll do (and love doing):
- Co-pilot the daily operations of our award-winning restaurant and bar alongside our Restaurant Manager.
- Elevate guest service from “excellent” to “legendary” – and handle any bumps with grace and a smile.
- Keep our beverage program on point, from stock control to showcasing innovative new offerings.
- Lead, train, and inspire a passionate team to deliver flawless, friendly, and fast service.
- Maintain sky-high standards in quality, safety, and presentation.
- Be hands-on when needed – no task too small, no guest too important.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 4 years’ experience in luxury hospitality management.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge (bonus points for WSET/CWA certification).
- A leader who’s as comfortable with spreadsheets as they are with service trays.
- Excellent communication, a sharp eye for detail, and a solutions-first mindset.
- Flexible, energetic, and ready to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
