Assistant Restaurant Manager – High-Luxury Wine Estate

We’re looking for a hospitality dynamo to join our team as Assistant Restaurant Manager at a world-class wine estate on Bottelary Road. This is your chance to work where exceptional wine, exquisite food, and unforgettable guest moments come together in one spectacular setting.

What you’ll do (and love doing):

  • Co-pilot the daily operations of our award-winning restaurant and bar alongside our Restaurant Manager.
  • Elevate guest service from “excellent” to “legendary” – and handle any bumps with grace and a smile.
  • Keep our beverage program on point, from stock control to showcasing innovative new offerings.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a passionate team to deliver flawless, friendly, and fast service.
  • Maintain sky-high standards in quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Be hands-on when needed – no task too small, no guest too important.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 4 years’ experience in luxury hospitality management.
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge (bonus points for WSET/CWA certification).
  • A leader who’s as comfortable with spreadsheets as they are with service trays.
  • Excellent communication, a sharp eye for detail, and a solutions-first mindset.
  • Flexible, energetic, and ready to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
