The Supervisor– Front Office is responsible for providing courteous and efficient front desk services, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and clients. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling inquiries, managing records, and supporting smooth front office operations.
Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Handle check-in/check-out procedures or visitor registrations
Answer phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries promptly and accurately
Schedule appointments and manage reservations, where applicable
Maintain front office records, logs, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments to meet guest or visitor needs
Handle basic billing, cash handling, or payment processing (if required)
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front office area
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
Escalate issues or complaints to the Supervisor when necessary
