Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Sales Conversion: Identify and pursue new opportunities to sell banquet and event services, converting leads into sales to meet revenue goals. 

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their event needs and providing customized proposals and excellent service. 

  • Event Coordination: Liaise with clients, event organizers, and internal departments (such as kitchen and banquet operations) to plan and execute seamless events. 

  • Proposal & Contract Development: Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. 

  • Venue Promotion: Conduct site tours for prospective clients, showcasing the venue's facilities and services effectively. 

  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors for services like decoration and other event requirements. 

  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, client feedback, and performance against targets.
