Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sports Academy Manager to lead our state-of-the-art facility in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the academy's operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality sports programs.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve the academy's goals and objectives
  • Oversee daily operations, including facility management, program scheduling, and staff supervision
  • Create and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and growth
  • Design and implement diverse sports programs catering to various age groups and skill levels
  • Recruit, train, and manage coaching staff and administrative personnel
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant sports regulations and safety standards
  • Monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices to enhance program offerings
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sports management or related field
  • Proven track record in successfully managing a sports academy or similar facility
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation
  • Demonstrated experience in program development and implementation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in sports management software and technology
  • In-depth knowledge of various sports and athletic programs
  • Understanding of sports industry trends and best practices
  • Familiarity with sports regulations and compliance requirements
  • Relevant sports management certifications (e.g., Certified Athletic Administrator) are a plus
  • Willingness to relocate to Phu Quoc, Vietnam
