Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and professional Spa Therapist with proven international experience, particularly from renowned spa destinations such as Indonesia, Bali, or Thailand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide range of spa treatments and therapies with exceptional service standards, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests, with following job description.

• Provide professional spa treatments including traditional massages, body therapies, facials, and wellness services.
• Ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout their spa journey.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene, cleanliness, and professionalism in the spa areas.
• Recommend personalized treatments and products to enhance guest experiences.
• Support the Spa Manager/Director in upholding service quality and operational standards.
• Stay updated with the latest spa techniques and industry trends.

Qualifications

• International spa experience (preferably in Indonesia, Bali, or Thailand).
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern massage techniques.
• Certification/Diploma in Spa Therapy or related field.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Open to all nationalities.
