We’re hiring a Special Projects Lead to drive high-impact initiatives across operations, strategy, and product.
A core part of the role involves managing our Google Business Profile (GBP) systems — including reinstatements, access management, and profile optimization — but this is far from a single-lane role. You'll work across a broad range of strategic projects involving cross-functional collaboration, automation, internal tooling, and experimentation.
We’re looking for someone who moves fast, works independently, and brings structure to messy problems.
Own GBP reinstatements, access control, profile defense, and performance tracking; serve as Flipdish’s internal expert on GBP
Manage escalations and liaise with Google Support
Build dashboards (e.g. Metabase) and tools to monitor GBP and project health
Collaborate with Support, Onboarding, Engineering, and Commercial teams on tooling, processes, and system sync
Lead special projects and pilots across the business — from design through execution
Present insights, recommendations, and updates clearly to stakeholders
3-5 years’ experience in operations, strategy, or special projects roles
Proven, hands-on experience managing Google Business Profiles at scale, including reinstatements, support escalations, and GBP best practices
Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach and a bias for execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable with tools like Notion, Zapier, Google Sheets, and Metabase
Exposure to BizOps, Chief of Staff, or enablement-style roles
Familiarity with AI tools or prompt automation
