Open Pantry Co is recruiting on behalf of The Hideaway Bondi, a stunning new 200-seat restaurant and bar opening soon in Sydney. Inspired by the glamour and energy of New York's Beauty & Essex, this venue will deliver refined dining with an edge — modern, seasonal, and full of life.
 
The Opportunity
Join the opening leadership team as Sous Chef, supporting the Head Chef in bringing a new culinary identity to life. You'll help develop prep systems, mentor the team, and lead by example through service and consistency.
