What will you do:
Act as a mentor to your team members, being their point of reference and supporting them in delivering the best guest experience possible while developing their skills.
To have an extensive knowledge of LPM products (both on food and beverages).
To have a deep knowledge of wines, food and wine pairings and the ability to train and educate staff on wine-related matters.
To be able to take full charge of the sommelier service during operations.
To manage the restaurant's wine inventory, overseeing storage conditions, monitoring levels and ensuring secure handling.
What you need:
High School diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of previous experience as a Sommelier in a similar establishment
English – excellent oral and written
Extensive wine knowledge (emphasis on French wine)
