KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Offer expert wine recommendations with confidence, authenticity, and refined service.
Match wines thoughtfully to menu items and guest preferences, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Continuously develop and apply in-depth knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and vintages.
Collaborate with culinary and F&D teams on pairing suggestions for new menus and seasonal offerings.
Contribute to upselling and revenue targets through storytelling and engaging guest interaction.
Ensure precise billing and wine service aligned with hotel licensing and responsible alcohol service standards.
Participate in training, tastings, and team briefings to maintain excellence and consistency.
Comply with Hilton’s health, safety, and fire regulations, ensuring a secure and professional environment.

A service-minded professional with passion for wine and hospitality.
Knowledgeable and articulate — confident in sharing wine expertise with elegance and warmth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
Detail-oriented, polished in appearance, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
Flexible and adaptive to a luxury, fast-paced service environment.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Sommelier or Wine Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining environment
Sommelier certification or wine education credentials (WSET or similar)
