KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure a smooth flow of service between front- and back-of-house teams
Supervise day-to-day operations and uphold Hilton brand service standards
Support staff training, development, and daily performance management
Manage scheduling, shift planning, and delegation of responsibilities
Accurately handle all transactions, guest inquiries, and service recovery
Monitor stock levels, control wastage, and ensure cost-efficiency
Maximize sales opportunities and encourage upselling across all F&D areas
Foster strong guest relationships and respond professionally to feedback
Work collaboratively with kitchen and other departments to ensure service excellence
Organized, energetic, and committed to delivering guest satisfaction
Skilled in multitasking and maintaining composure in high-pressure service environments
Passionate about developing others and contributing to team success
Professional in appearance, communication, and behavior
