We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager - Leisure to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing our leisure sales operations in this thriving tourist destination.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue in the leisure sector
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the leisure industry
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
