What will you do?

- Ensure and direct the implementation and development of the Company's commercial strategy and commercial actions for its region or commercial area.
- To analyse and understand the market and the existing or potential competition, integrating the proposals of the Sales Executives in order to increase the market share and positioning of BH&R.
- Analyse and interpret, together with the sales team, external and internal sources of information.
- Provide guidelines for the Sales Executives and assign and review their work.
- Plan the commercial strategy, in coordination with the RCDs/HDs in your area.
- Oversee market analysis, customer acquisition, sales and follow-up.
- Coordinate the team of Sales Executives in your team.
- Prepare follow-up and results reports.
- Ensure the correct execution of work plans and synergies between the different Sales Executives.
- Supervise the marketing and direct sales of the Sales Executives, within the local market in terms of Travel Agencies, corporate accounts and e-commerce.

What are we looking for?

- Training in hospitality, tourism or business studies. A postgraduate degree in Business School will be a plus.
- At least 3 years previous experience in commercial departments.
- Results oriented, excellent communication and negotiation skills and clear commercial skills.
