Gross monthly salary: (€40,000/year, 12 payments)
Variable bonus: Up to 20% monthly based on objectives.
Salary after tax: approx. according to Spanish tax rates.
Overtime: According to Spanish labor law.
Proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong skills in customer service, operational control, and process management.
Experience managing teams and working alongside a second-in-command.
Knowledge of wine service and interest in creative gastronomy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and systems such as Ágora, Covermanager, and TheFork.
Language: Native or fluent Spanish.
Academic degree not required.
