Position: Restaurant Director

Contract type: Permanent
Start date: As soon as possible
Hours: Full-time in accordance with Spanish labor regulations.
Work schedule: The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Sunday evenings. Weekly rest can be Monday and another weekday, or a full Monday plus two half-days.

Salary & Benefits

  • Gross monthly salary: (€40,000/year, 12 payments)

  • Variable bonus: Up to 20% monthly based on objectives.

  • Salary after tax: approx. according to Spanish tax rates.

  • Overtime: According to Spanish labor law.


Candidate Profile

  • Proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong skills in customer service, operational control, and process management.

  • Experience managing teams and working alongside a second-in-command.

  • Knowledge of wine service and interest in creative gastronomy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and systems such as Ágora, Covermanager, and TheFork.

  • Language: Native or fluent Spanish.

  • Academic degree not required.
