Job Title: Head Chef – Urban Spa & Restaurant Project (Casual Nordic Cuisine)
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €45,000 gross per year
Opening: November 2025
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to standards.
Lead and coordinate a team of 3-4 staff members, maintaining a well-structured workflow.
Oversee food production, timing, and station organization.
Control inventory, ordering, product rotation, and cost management.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
Implement procedures to optimize performance and maintain consistency in dishes.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef (or equivalent senior role) in high-volume restaurants or casual/urban dining concepts.
Hands-on, operational profile with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage a small team (3-4 people).
Knowledge of cost control, menu costing, and supplier management.
Passion for quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
