Job Title: Chef de Partie – Urban Spa & Restaurant Project (Casual Nordic Cuisine)
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €30,000 gross per year

Key Responsibilities:
Manage your station independently, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
Assist the Head Chef during preparation, plating, and service.
Handle mise en place for your station, maintaining timing and procedures.
Collaborate on inventory control and product rotation.
Ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards (HACCP).
Train and guide commis chefs or junior staff within your station.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in mid-to-high-level or casual dining restaurants.
Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of modern techniques and contemporary cuisine.
Proactive attitude and commitment to quality.
Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
