Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of our new project combining a modern spa with an urban casual Nordic restaurant. We are seeking an operational, hands-on professional who can run their station independently while supporting the Head Chef in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your station independently, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of dishes.

  • Assist the Head Chef during preparation, plating, and service.

  • Handle mise en place for your station, maintaining timing and procedures.

  • Collaborate on inventory control and product rotation.

  • Ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards (HACCP).

  • Train and guide commis chefs or junior staff within your station.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in mid-to-high-level or casual dining restaurants.

  • Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure.

  • Knowledge of modern techniques and contemporary cuisine.

  • Proactive attitude and commitment to quality.

  • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
