As a Restaurant Manager, we rely on you to:
- Oversee the daily operation of the all-day dining restaurant, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of service professionals to uphold Shangri-La’s hospitality standards.
- Develop and implement service protocols, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings, optimize food presentation, and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor restaurant performance, including revenue, guest feedback, and operational efficiency, and implement improvements as needed.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and peak-hour operations to maximize table turnover while maintaining a relaxed dining atmosphere.
- Oversee inventory, cost control, and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and guest engagement strategies.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to enhance customer loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging dining concepts to keep the restaurant competitive.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end dining establishment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent understanding of food and beverage operations, service standards, and guest engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to drive revenue, control costs, and manage budgets effectively.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for hospitality and a guest-centric approach to service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
