Compensation: $44,000–$49,000 USD/year (tax-free, with 8.5% local deduction) + approx. $12,000 annual service charge + housing or accommodation allowance

A distinguished luxury resort in Turks & Caicos is seeking a polished and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to lead one of its signature dining venues. This is a high-visibility role for an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a Caribbean luxury setting.
Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence and smooth execution
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house team to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction
Oversee scheduling, inventory, hygiene, and cost control measures
Handle guest relations, feedback, and resolution of service issues
Collaborate with culinary leadership to support menu execution and promotional initiatives
Maintain compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations
Prior Caribbean hospitality experience is required
Strong background in luxury hotels or resorts
Proven leadership in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant environment
Excellent communication, guest service, and team management skills
Must be able to relocate on a single-status basis
Strong sense of professionalism, detail orientation, and service culture
$44,000–$49,000 USD/year base salary (tax-free, with 8.5% NIP deduction)
Annual service charge (approx. $12,000 USD)
