Compensation: $44,000–$49,000 USD/year (tax-free, with 8.5% local deduction) + approx. $12,000 annual service charge + housing or accommodation allowance
Relocation: Single-status only

A distinguished luxury resort in Turks & Caicos is seeking a polished and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to lead one of its signature dining venues. This is a high-visibility role for an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a Caribbean luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence and smooth execution

  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house team to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction

  • Oversee scheduling, inventory, hygiene, and cost control measures

  • Handle guest relations, feedback, and resolution of service issues

  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to support menu execution and promotional initiatives

  • Maintain compliance with local health, safety, and labor regulations

Requirements

  • Prior Caribbean hospitality experience is required

  • Strong background in luxury hotels or resorts

  • Proven leadership in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant environment

  • Excellent communication, guest service, and team management skills

  • Must be able to relocate on a single-status basis

  • Strong sense of professionalism, detail orientation, and service culture

Compensation & Benefits

  • $44,000–$49,000 USD/year base salary (tax-free, with 8.5% NIP deduction)
