Our client in the FoodBev industry is looking for a passionate and meticulous Restaurant Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures that all team members adhere to all Company policies and procedures uniformly and without exception, such as uniform standards, attendance and reconciling financial transactions.
Coordinates the entire operation of the Restaurant, Bar area and functions.
Helps in any area of the operation as circumstances dictate.
Organizes and supervises shifts, establishes floor plans based on reservations and expected walk-in-business.
Aids team members in the execution of their work duties.
Responds to and resolves customer concerns and complaints. Corrects potential problems before they effect customers.
Maintains highest standards and consistency of quality control, hygiene, legality, health, and safety.
Prepares and reconciles cash and drawers, monitors, and maintains strict and consistent adherence to Company cash control policies, including manager’s accountability and responsibility for all cash inconsistencies.
Prepares, records and deposit bank deposits and change order reimbursements according to Company procedures.
Balances Company safe before and at the end of shift.
Responsible for all cash control and Company security procedures regarding Company safe, ordering cash as needed, and disbursement of funds temporarily secured in Company safe.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree in hospitality, Business Administration, Business Management or related qualification.
4 – 6 years of work experience as a restaurant manager or similar position in the Hospitality industry. Proven experience in the Hospitality industry will be advantageous.
Knowledge of rules and regulations governing Hospitality industry.
