As Junior Restaurant Manager you will:

• Support the senior management team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Be actively involved in front-of-house leadership, team coordination, and maintaining high service standards.

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant experience in a supervisory or junior management role
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership potential
• Must reside in the Muldersdrift area or be willing to relocate
• A valid driver’s license is advantageous
• Ambitious, eager to grow, and passionate about the hospitality industry
• Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
