Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the restaurant in accordance with operational procedures
Oversee daily staff management, operations, and training
Lead and develop team members through effective coaching and performance management
Manage stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks
Oversee kitchen operations, customer service, health & safety, equipment maintenance, and administration
Maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety
Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
Requirements:
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Matric / Grade 12
Diploma in Hospitality (advantageous)
Minimum 3 years recent experience in a restaurant supervisory/management role (essential)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence (essential)
Clear criminal record
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 07h00 – 19h00 (One weekday off every second week)
Weekends: 06h00 – 18h00 (Off every second weekend)
