Location: Rosthern, SK

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Expected Hours: 40–45 hours per week

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year

Tim Hortons is looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to oversee operations, inspire teams, and ensure every cup leaves a positive lasting impression.


What You'll Do

Operational Management

  • Ensure the restaurant operates seamlessly by managing supply orders, overseeing building maintenance, and maintaining cleanliness and security.
  • Uphold Tim Hortons' Always Fresh standards and minimize waste to deliver consistent quality.

Financial Management

  • Use restaurant-specific insights to plan budgets, maximize profits, and achieve sales and transaction targets.
  • Control food, paper, and labour costs while managing payroll with precision.

People Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of high-performing employees.
  • Motivate your team to hit targets, grow their skills, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Build strong “bench strength” by mentoring high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, the Area Manager, and the Restaurant Owner to ensure seamless operations.

Guest Experience

  • Handle guest complaints and queries with professionalism and care.
  • Foster a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and their experiences are top-notch.
  • Build relationships with the local community and represent Tim Hortons in a positive light.

Health & Safety Management

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation while maintaining a safe and secure environment for team members and guests.
  • Train team members on safe work practices, conduct regular workplace inspections, and respond to any hazards.
  • Investigate and address workplace incidents, taking action to prevent future occurrences.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in restaurant or retail management (minimum 1 year required)
  • Strong operational skills with a knack for planning, organization, and problem-solving
  • A passion for training, mentoring, and building collaborative teams
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism under pressure
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining Tim Hortons’ high standards
  • Fluent in English
