We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservations Manager to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the Reservations Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our booking processes, maximizing revenue, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from the first point of contact.
- Lead and mentor the reservations team, ensuring high performance standards and achievement of key KPIs
- Oversee all aspects of the reservation process, including phone and email inquiries, bookings, and modifications
- Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates and minimize abandoned calls
- Manage inventory and pricing across all distribution channels to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any booking-related issues
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to make informed decisions on rates and promotions
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of travel agency commissions and corporate bookings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property offerings, packages, and promotions
- Generate regular reports on reservation performance and provide insights to management
- Implement and maintain a "RevPRO culture" throughout the organization
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in reservation systems
