Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Implement and maintain an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
  • Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a large-scale organization
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written); plus Vietnamese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Adaptability to work in a multicultural setting, with experience in the Asian market a must
