Trippas White Group has a proud history of providing boutique and exceptional hospitality services to guests in our iconic venues around Sydney.

 

The Role

We are seeking a Pastry Chef to join our team.

You will  design and execute creative, seasonal, and innovative pastry menus, aligning with the venue's vision and also be able to follow the recipes given, Prepare high-quality pastries, desserts, bread, and other baked goods to meet daily service and event demands, while also contributing to the savoury side of the kitchen as needed.

To ensure your success in this role you will have

  • Minimum 5 years’ pastry experience in a similar environment
  • Able to work 5 days across a 7 day operation
  • Loves desserts and modern pastry
  • Prepared to work in multi outlets including restaurant service, events etc.
  • Easy access to public transport for occasional early starts and late finishes
  • Be a positive leader with the ability to lead by example
  • Have a sound knowledge of OH&S, HACCP, Par levels, stock control, ordering, Stock taking
