We’re looking for a full-time Pastry Chef to join our production team across our Manning Street and Burnett Lane venues. Whether you’re experienced in viennoiserie or just starting your pastry journey, you’ll be supported through structured onboarding, cross-training, and a passionate, skilled team.
What the role involves:
- Producing and finishing our signature viennoiserie
- Following systems for consistency, speed and quality
- Supporting pastry prep, baking, and finishing
- Working across multiple production areas (kitchen and cube)
- Maintaining food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
We’re looking for someone who: - Has at least 2 years’ experience in a kitchen or pastry environment
- Preferably has lamination, baking or leadership experience (not essential)
- Brings strong time management and a great work ethic
- Is confident with commercial kitchen tools and processes
- Is open to learning and thrives on feedback
- Has full working rights in Australia
- We’re also open to passionate junior chefs who may not meet every requirement but are hungry to learn and grow with us
