We’re looking for a full-time Senior Pastry Chef to join our High St (Armadale) kitchen team. This role is ideal for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment and wants to grow their pastry skills while working with a supportive and passionate team.
Working in beautifully designed facilities with a progressive workplace culture, you’ll be part of the team responsible for producing our signature viennoiserie to the highest standards. You’ll bring both technical skill and a willingness to collaborate, while maintaining quality, speed, and consistency across every stage of baking.
What the role involves:
- Finishing Lune’s signature viennoiserie to exacting standards
- Following established systems for consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Supporting pastry prep, baking, and finishing tasks as required
- Maintaining kitchen hygiene, organisation, and food safety standards
- Working collaboratively with your team to deliver on production schedules
We’re looking for someone who: - Has at least 2 years’ experience in a kitchen or pastry production environment
- Brings a strong work ethic, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Is confident using commercial kitchen tools and processes
- Is open to learning and thrives in a team environment
- Has full working rights in Australia and can work full-time hours
