The Venue

Nestled in the stunning leafy surrounds of Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney, the picturesque Botanic House Restaurant  is one of Sydney's iconic and premium venues, with it’s own unique style. Perfect to dine in and entertain for all occasions. 

The Role

We are looking for a fantastic Pastry Chef to work in our dynamic kitchen team at Botanic House. If you have experience working in fast paced cafés, restaurants, functions and events environments, delivering premium quality, we would love to hear from you. 

 

Do you have?

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
  • Able to work five days per week – Monday to Sunday
  • Must have qualifications (Cert III) or trade experience equivalent
  • Loves desserts, modern pastry and a strong creative ability
  • Have worked in a high volume production environment with standards focused on quality.
  • Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication
  • Exceptional grooming and pride in presentation
  • You will be reliable, dedicated, willing to continue learning and passionate
