Job Summary:
The Manager- Sales is responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. This includes targeting and securing business for group bookings, corporate accounts, events, and long-term partnerships. The role involves maintaining guest relationships, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients in accordance with hotel policies and profitability standards.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and tour operators.
- Conduct site inspections and client meetings to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Event Coordination Support
- Collaborate with banquet, catering, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events.
- Ensure accurate communication of client needs and expectations across departments.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and hotel databases.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business threats and opportunities
