The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the hotel’s overall marketing strategy and execution. This includes managing branding, advertising, digital marketing, promotions, partnerships, and public relations to drive revenue across rooms, food & beverage, spa, events, and other hotel services. The role requires a mix of strategic planning, team leadership, creative thinking, and hands-on execution.
Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Identify target markets and create tailored marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.
Monitor marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and hotel touchpoints.
Manage production of marketing collateral such as brochures, menus, digital ads, and signage.
Lead creative direction for hotel promotions and advertising campaigns.
Oversee digital marketing efforts including website, email campaigns and social media.
Analyze digital analytics and optimize strategies for traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Manage relationships with OTAs, influencers, bloggers, and digital partners.
Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and PR agencies.
Coordinate press releases, media events, and hotel coverage opportunities.
Represent the hotel in interviews, media visits, and public events when necessary.
Lead and supervise the hotel’s marketing team and external agencies.
Work closely with sales, revenue management, operations, and F&B teams to align marketing efforts.
Provide marketing training and support for hotel staff as needed.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Gather and analyze guest feedback and industry insights to refine marketing strategies.
