The Manager- Finance in Corporate is responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and performance of the hotel group at a corporate level. This role involves managing investment decisions, funding strategies, capital budgeting, financial modeling, and supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or asset management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, with experience in the hospitality or real estate sectors being a plus.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the group’s long-term business objectives.
Conduct financial forecasting, scenario analysis, and capital allocation planning.
Partner with business leaders to support strategic decisions using data-driven insights.
Support fundraising activities including debt structuring, equity financing, and relationships with banks and investors.
Manage cash flow planning and working capital optimization across the portfolio.
Evaluate and execute potential M&A transactions including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
Analyze investment opportunities, including joint ventures, lease/buy decisions, and asset dispositions.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Monitor compliance with loan covenants, investor agreements, and regulatory obligations.
Support board and investor reporting with detailed financial presentations.
Monitor key financial and operational KPIs across properties.
Benchmark performance against industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
Work with hotel finance teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
