Line Cook/Prep Cook

We are in immediate need of a daytime sandwich artist during the week and Weekend Line Cook. The line cook/prep cook (Pizza, Sandwich, Salad) team member is responsible for working his/her station to the end of the shift. This includes a clean as you go mentality, prepping for the next shift, and completing the duties of the station.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
• All other duties as assigned
