The venue features a 120-seater restaurant catering to approximately 600 professionals and their guests daily, offering both buffet and à la carte menus at a consistent five-star level. The operation employs a team of over 30 skilled hospitality professionals dedicated to excellence in food quality, presentation, and service.
Remuneration: R25 000 – R30 000 CTC
Start Date: As close to 15 December as possible (site opening early January 2026)
Days & Hours of Work:
Mainly Monday to Friday, operating hours from 7am to 5pm. Limited function work on weekends and evenings
