Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the pastry team to deliver world-class desserts, breads, and baked goods.
  • Design and develop innovative seasonal menus, ensuring quality and consistency in every creation.
  • Oversee daily operations of the pastry kitchen, including inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
  • Train and mentor junior pastry staff to uphold excellence in all aspects of preparation and service.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef, ideally in a luxury hotel, lodge, or fine dining setting.
  • Strong creative flair with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a team in a high-pressure, guest-focused environment.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
