We’re on the hunt for a talented and creative Pastry Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at a luxury lodge known for delivering world-class guest experiences. This role is perfect for someone passionate about desserts and detail, who thrives in a high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods to lodge standards
Assist with daily mise en place and kitchen prep
Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menus and specials
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as needed
Ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence in every plate
Requirements:
At least 2–3 years of pastry experience in a fine dining or lodge environment
Formal culinary training or pastry qualification preferred
Strong attention to detail and plating finesse
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Positive attitude, team-player mentality
