We’re on the hunt for a talented and creative Pastry Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at a luxury lodge known for delivering world-class guest experiences.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about desserts and detail, who thrives in a high-end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods to lodge standards
  • Assist with daily mise en place and kitchen prep
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menus and specials
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as needed
  • Ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence in every plate


Requirements:

  • At least 2–3 years of pastry experience in a fine dining or lodge environment
  • Formal culinary training or pastry qualification preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and plating finesse
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Positive attitude, team-player mentality
