We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Manager to oversee our All Day Dining and non a la Carte Restaurants at our prestigious resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while managing all aspects of food and beverage operations.
- Oversee daily operations of all-day dining venues and non a la carte restaurants, ensuring high-quality food and service standards
- Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that cater to diverse guest preferences and dietary requirements
- Manage inventory, costs, and budgets to maximize profitability while maintaining quality
- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards across all dining venues
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve menu offerings and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal promotions and special events
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for all food and beverage products
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations into restaurant operations
