Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-quality pastry menus for luxury restaurants and projects.
Maintain the highest standards of presentation, taste, and consistency.
Oversee pastry operations, including planning, preparation, and production.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all work areas.
Collaborate with chefs, management, and teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for pastry ingredients.
Travel as required to support consultancy projects and client locations.
