Budget Management:Managing budgets for maintenance, repairs, and capital projects related to E&M systems. Compliance and Safety:Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Performance Monitoring:Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to E&M systems and identifying areas for improvement. Technical Expertise:Providing technical guidance and support to the E&M team and other departments. Vendor Management:Working with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs. Documentation and Reporting:Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Conducting regular inspections of E&M systems.
- Analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical problems.
- Coordinating with other departments on E&M-related issues.
- Preparing technical reports and presentations.
- Staying up-to-date on new technologies and best practices in the field.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- Several years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance and engineering.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and projects.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
