Are you a passionate and experienced Executive Chef looking for a dynamic, multi-site leadership role? We are seeking a visionary culinary professional to oversee and enhance the Hospitality Services operations across Schools, Residential Colleges, Corporate Clients, and Airline Lounges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and oversee culinary operations across multiple hospitality sites
  • Manage high culinary standards, policies, and procedures
  • Train, mentor, and develop kitchen teams to drive excellence and succession planning
  • Collaborate on menu innovation and maintain cost-effective procurement strategies
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food regulations (HACCP, OH&S)
  • Drive financial performance, managing budgets, labor costs, and profitability
  • Work closely with Business Development & Operations teams to expand client relationships

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a large-scale, multi-site environment
  • Experience in the education sector is essential
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development
  • Ability to drive innovation, quality, and operational excellence
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, cost control, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of food safety, compliance, and workplace safety regulations
  • Flexibility to travel across Australia & New Zealand as needed
