We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a luxury hospitality establishment in New Delhi. The ideal candidate must bring a rich background in premium five-star hotels, strong leadership capabilities, and creative flair to design world-class gastronomic experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead menu innovation, food presentation and concept development aligned with brand standards
* Train, mentor and manage a diverse multicultural culinary team
* Manage food cost, inventory, vendor management and kitchen budgeting
* Maintain stringent hygiene, HACCP and safety protocols
* Collaborate with F&B and management teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Handle high–profile events, VIP dining and personalised culinary requests
Requirements
* 8–10 years of experience in luxury hotel kitchens luxury brands or upscale brands.
* Proven record in managing large culinary brigades and multi-outlet operations
* Strong knowledge of global cuisines, modern techniques and menu engineering
* Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills
* Passionate, innovative and quality-driven
