Responsibilities:
- Assist the Engineering Executive in maintenance and operations of general utility equipment.
- Maintain and operate laundry and kitchen equipment according to specified standards.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedules and complete necessary reports and work orders.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of all tools and equipment.
- Assist in managing par stock and preparing store requisitions.
- Identify cost-effective use of resources and maintain accounts of materials used.
- Practice safety in all aspects of the job and follow all safety and security measures.
- Report any missing or broken property to the Engineering Executive.
- Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and be courteous to guests at all times.
- Keep workshop and engineering machinery areas clean and tidy.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Engineering Executive.
- Helping the Engineer in analyzing all guest complaints and feedbacks.
- Helping the Engineer in analyzing all machinery history and complaints.
- Should be aware of company’s business plan.
- Should be aware of departmental financials.
