We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Assistant Manager Food & Beverage (EAM F&B) to join our luxury resort in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As the EAM F&B, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and elevating our diverse F&B operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our esteemed guests.
- Lead and inspire a team of F&B professionals across multiple outlets, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance F&B offerings, increase revenue, and improve guest satisfaction
- Oversee menu planning, pricing strategies, and food presentation standards across all F&B outlets
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise profitability whilst maintaining the highest quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain impeccable hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique dining concepts and seasonal promotions
- Analyse market trends and guest feedback to continuously improve F&B services and offerings
- Cultivate relationships with local suppliers to source high-quality, sustainable ingredients
- Participate in senior management meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the resort
