Guest Transportation: Safely drive guests to and from the hotel, ensuring timely arrivals at destinations such as airports, business meetings, attractions, or other points of interest.
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order. Perform regular checks on the vehicle’s fuel, tires, brakes, and oil to ensure safety and operational readiness.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage, and offering information about local attractions, restaurants, and directions.
Safety: Adhere to all road safety laws and traffic regulations. Ensure that the vehicle is driven in a manner that prioritizes guest safety and comfort.
Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes for travel to ensure minimal delays and optimize time and fuel.
Record Keeping: Maintain a record of daily vehicle usage, fuel, maintenance, and any incidents during trips. Ensure that any damages or concerns related to the vehicle are reported promptly.
