We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director Sales - Leisure to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue in our leisure segment, while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the leisure segment
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the leisure industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative sales and marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management
- Manage budgets and forecast sales projections accurately
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the leisure market
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
