JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, manage staff effectively, and maintain quality standards in food, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, managing inventory and budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving sales through excellent service and marketing strategies. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.


Essential Duties

  • Enforces performance standards and all Company Policy and Procedures as they relate to the Deuces at Crossing restaurant. Ensure smooth and efficient operations on a continual basis.
  • Ensures that the highest possible standards of customer services and employee relations are maintained and carried out in a fair and equitable manner.
  • Complies with all food and beverage health, and safety regulations as well as all federal, states and local applicable laws.
  • Reviews financial statements; forecasts revenue and labor figures; maintain proper inventory control.
  • Provides input to Chief Executive Officer concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
  • Maintains compliance with all regulations of health and sanitation standards as well as all applicable federal, state, local laws/ordinances; to include maintaining applicable food safety certification.
  • Assists Supervisors and Assistant Managers with schedules, evaluates and trains employees, ensuring staffs compliance with all customer service standards. Correct staffing levels and adjustments are made in accordance with customer needs
  • Monitors job performance of all employees and provides feedback to aid the employees in developing and enhancing skills.
  • Ensure restaurant floor operations are run in a smooth, efficient manner to ensure customers satisfaction.
  • Reviews and approves all recommendations and suggestions to hire, transfer, suspend, promote, discharge, evaluate, assign and discipline employees in a fair and equitable manner.
  • Maximizes cost effectiveness by ensuring compliance with established budget, labor and revenue benchmarks.
  • Administers the Micros System for the Beverage Department.
  • Listens to, evaluates and assures control of guest complaints and settles without delay.
  • Confers with the Chief Executive Officer concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
  • Promotes positive Guest Relations through prompt, courteous and efficient services.
  • Receive payment from customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Adheres to established cash control policies and procedures of the Company.
  • Adheres to all cashiering responsibilities.
  • Maintains a consistent, regular attendance record.
  • Performs any reasonable request made by management.


  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Four (4) college degree in Business Administration or Food & Beverage Management preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working at management level in high volume/fast-paced Food and Beverage departments preferred.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Ability to calculate sales and change quickly.
  • Experience in Microsoft office software and Time and Attendance software.
  • Customer service skills to maintain positive customer relationships, encourage customer loyalty and resolve conflicts.
  • Must have a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening (non-cannabis substances).

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

  • Must operate and maintain confidentiality.

PRCI Tribal Preference:
In accordance with applicable Tribal Law, and Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, the PRCI Administration shall give preference in hiring, promotion, transfer, and lay-off to enrolled members of the Picayune Rancheria of Chukchansi Indians. To qualify for this preference, applicants must submit verification of enrollment in the Tribe. Preference means that Tribal Members who are equally qualified as non-tribal members will be hired. In addition, on the Human Resources Interview rubric that allows for a total of 75 points during interviews, Tribal members will be awarded an additional 7.5 points (10% of allotted points) counted in the overall tally. Tribal members who are not Chukchansi will receive Indian preference by awarding five additional points (6.7% of the total allotted points).
