Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…

• Preparing a diverse menu of grilled delights, from succulent steaks to fresh seafood and vibrant salads
• Collaborating closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes
• Enhancing your culinary and kitchen management skills daily
• Mentoring and guiding junior chefs to elevate their skills and knowledge
